Step-By-Step Instructions

Please follow these steps to register for Family Weekend. We look forward to seeing you there!

First – Create Your Profile

Click on “Log In/Register” in the top right corner of the page.

Select “General Public.”

Toggle to the “Register” tab in the General Public Box and:

• enter your email address
• confirm your email address
• set your password
• select if you want to receive email updates for upcoming events or not
• click on “Register as General Public.”

Create your Profile by completing your customer information and billing information and click on “Save”. (There will be no Family Weekend materials shipped, except for the Family Weekend shirts, which will be a separate purchase in a separate system.)

Second –  Purchase  Family Weekend Tickets

Click on “Packages” in the crimson bar along the top of the page.

Select “Get Tickets” for the Family Weekend package, which includes the number of family members attending Family Weekend events. As a reminder, be sure to include your UA student in your registration count and do not include family members under the age of 2 years old.

Select “1” for the quantity of packages you want to purchase and click on “Add to Cart”.

Once you double-check your cart and billing information and are ready to complete your purchase, select the credit card option under Secure Checkout and click on “Checkout”.

Confirm redirection to the secure payment site.

Fill out your payment information and click on “Continue.” Complete the steps that follow.

You will receive TWO confirmation emails once your registration purchase has been processed. The first email will be a ‘Notification of Payment,’ and the second email will be ‘The University of Alabama | Student Activities Receipt.’ The link and code to purchase football tickets will be in the SECOND confirmation email. If you do not receive both confirmation emails within an hour of your purchase, please check your promotions/junk/spam folders. You are eligible to purchase one football ticket for each Family Weekend registration ticket, while football tickets last. Once football tickets in the family weekend section are no longer available, football tickets can be purchased through a Stubhub link provided in the family weekend ticket confirmation email.

At any time, you can log back into this registration system to review your order by clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting the “Your Orders” option.
